Refund & Exchange Policy
At Dead Poets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, whether you received the wrong item, a damaged/faulty product or simply ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
- Items must be in resalable condition.
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Please email jacob@deadpoetsco.com with the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Resizing Policy
Ordered the wrong size? We’ve got you covered.
We offer free resizing and simply ask that customers cover the shipping costs both ways.
To resize your item:
- Include a note with your:
- Correct size
- Order name & number
- Return address
- Add a prepaid, self-addressed return satchel inside your parcel.
Resizing takes 1–5 business days from the time we receive your item. Once complete, we’ll notify you with tracking details.
Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns, Dead Poets is not liable for items lost in transit.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once your return is approved.
Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with workshop bookings. If you're unable to attend your scheduled workshop, the following options apply depending on the notice period provided.
Full Refund
If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled workshop, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, a change of date, or store credit.
Date Change or Store Credit
If you cancel with 13–7 days notice, we can offer a change of date (subject to availability) or store credit for the full amount paid.
Non-Refundable Situations
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, or do not attend the workshop, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, store credit, or reschedule.
However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend.
Sickness & Emergencies
We understand that illness or emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you are unwell and can provide a valid medical certificate, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule or store credit at our discretion.
